The Carol of Romania Park is located in the vicinity of the International Museum of Naïve Art of Nice, in the district of Fabron. It opened in 1978 and it stretches on a surface of 2.3 hectares. The fact the park was named after Carol, King of Romania, is not a coincidence, since Carol was the last owner of the property before the area was purchased by the city of Nice.
The park is populated with a plethora of sports and leisure facilities, such as a mini-golf course and kids’ playgrounds. The park is also laid out with shaded alleys. A dog area can also be spotted in the Carol of Romania Park, which is a relief for pet owners.
