The Palais des Congrès Acropolis is the main convention center in Nice, built in 1954, it includes the Acropolis Exhibition Centre and the Acropolis Convention Centre. Situated in the center of Nice, at 15 minutes from the airport the Palais des Congrès Acropolis has hosted over 3000 events and 7 million people. The main event hosted over here was the 1999 Davis cup final, when the main convention room was temporary converted in a tennis court.
